Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of memtrunk.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using memtrunk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using memtrunk on behalf of an organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" refers to both you and it.

Description of Service

memtrunk is a console for operating an LLM gateway: registering upstream providers and their credentials, issuing and managing API keys, pooling provider accounts, routing requests across providers and models, tracking usage and cost, enforcing budgets and limits, and recording administrative actions in an audit trail. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account. A newly issued API key is shown to you once, in full — after that, we only ever store and display it hashed and prefixed, so you're responsible for keeping your own copy of a key you intend to use again.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use memtrunk for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to circumvent the access controls, budgets, or rate limits enforced by the console;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, organization, or team's data; or
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction.

Billing

Pricing and billing terms are agreed directly with your sales contact as part of setting up your deployment. Invoicing, payment schedules, and any usage-based terms specific to your deployment are set out in that agreement rather than in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

memtrunk and its underlying software remain our property, or that of our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any ownership in the service itself — only the right to use it as described here. You retain all rights to the data you submit to, or generate through, your use of the console.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, memtrunk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, or as otherwise set out in your organization's agreement with us. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to access the console ends; information we hold about you continues to be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Continuing to use memtrunk after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
